Scaling Nike Retail Across Europe.
From global Brand strategy to market execution.
During my time leading Retail Brand Presentation for Nike across Central Europe and Scandinavia, I focused on translating Nike's global brand and VM direction into consistent, commercially relevant retail experiences across different markets and store formats.
The challenge was not simply to open stores quickly, it was to create a scalable model that protected Nike's brand expression while allowing markets to respond to local customers, product assortments and commercial priorities. I led the VM and retail brand workstream across 50+ store openings, relocations and major refits across France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and the Nordic markets.
My role.
I set the strategic direction, led the team and directed implementation across markets, partnering with Merchandising, Allocation, Marketing, Retail Operations, Store Development and external creative and production partners. My role was to create the framework, standards and conditions for great execution at scale protecting Nike's brand expression while giving markets the flexibility to respond to their customers, products and commercial context.
The scale.

Building for scale.
A key part of my role was creating the infrastructure behind consistent VM execution.
I introduced a brand asset ordering system that improved how retail assets were specified, ordered and deployed, reducing rollout complexity and creating greater consistency across markets. This allowed the focus to move from managing individual store projects to building a repeatable model for VM execution.
The result.
The approach enabled Nike to scale its retail presence while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand experience across markets and store formats. More importantly, it strengthened the foundations for faster, repeatable and commercially relevant VM execution without compromising the customer experience or brand standards.
My leadership principles.
Set the direction globally. Build the system to scale. Empower markets to execute.
